This notice explains what data we collect when you write to us through the contact form and what we do with it.
Who is responsible
Basque Coast Riders. You can write to us at the address shown at the end of this notice.
What data we collect
Your name, your email address and the content of your message. To detect abuse and automated submissions we also keep an encrypted fingerprint of your IP address.
What we use it for
Only to reply to your message.
Legal basis
Your consent, which you give by ticking the box before sending the message. You can withdraw it at any time.
How long we keep it
For as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and, at most, twelve months.
Who we share it with
Messages are stored on our own server and reach us at an email account hosted by Gmail (Google). We do not pass them to third parties or use them for advertising.
Your rights
You can ask us for access to, correction or deletion of your data, and ask us to restrict or object to its processing, by writing to the address shown. If you believe we have not respected your rights, you can complain to the data protection authority in your country (in Spain, the AEPD; in France, the CNIL).
